There is the wake up complex of the nervous cells responsible for the connecting with the Cosmos.

Doing some simple activities of this complex and waking up your cells, responsible for the connection under the man and the Cosmic Mind, each person in each condition achieves during 3 -5 years in his spiritual development the level of the perfect man, recovers of the diseases of the sol and of the body. And the most impotent thing he acquires is the possibility of the direct communication with the Cosmic Mind.

So: taking a comfortable pose, allowing relaxing completely your body, you need imagine that there is somebody looking at you over with the endlessly kind glance.

You need do it regularly.

After the sensation becomes pure and evident, you need send your own kindness for the kindness received. After that you try to give your kindness for all people.

During the second stage you give the love for the kindness received.

For develop your fillings it would be preferable to perform the following ritual:
In the morning, the face towards the Sun, you stretch out your hands to him. Filling the Sun’s warmth, pass your palms from head to heart in the distance of 10 – 15cm. it’s important to fill that the energy of the Sun descends following the palms from head to chest. Open your palms and your sol. Do this and pronounce: love for God, kindness for men, memory for ancestors.

It’s not a ritual that is very important, but the filling of the energy of the Sun, passing from head to heart, the filling of the opened sol and the love for god, kindness for men and memory for ancestors.
